A major milestone has been reached in the ReBioCycle project: our partner TORWASH has successfully completed the construction phase of the reactor vessel that forms the heart of the TORWASH pilot prototype for the chemical recycling of bioplastics.

This achievement represents much more than a piece of equipment. It is the result of countless hours of development, engineering, problem-solving, and determination. It also marks a significant step toward turning a vision into a working reality.

Seeing key components move from drawings and calculations into physical infrastructure is incredibly rewarding. The team is now closer than ever to demonstrating the potential of TORWASH technology and advancing circular solutions for plastic waste.

The completion of the reactor vessel paves the way for the next phase of testing and validation, bringing the project nearer to showcasing a scalable solution for the chemical recycling of bioplastics within a circular economy framework.
